Dwyer Group completes acquisition of Service Brands International

WACO, TX — The Dwyer Group Inc., parent company of Rainbow International, recently completed an acquisition of Service Brands International, according to a press release.

This acquisition adds two new service brands, Molly Maid, a residential and commercial cleaning service provider, and Mr. Handyman, a top home improvement service.

Dwyer Group CEO and President Mike Bidwell said in the release, “This is a pinnacle moment for Dwyer Group, adding three award-winning concepts to our organization and reinforcing our leadership position to support, train and expand the very best brands across the service trades.”

The acquisition of Service Brands International, and specifically Mr. Handyman and Molly Maid, add to The Dwyer Group’s existing home service offerings group, which is composed of Mr. Rooter (plumbing), Aire Serv (HVAC services), Mr. Electric (electrical services), Mr. Appliance (appliance installation and maintenance), Glass Doctor (glass repair services), The Grounds Guys (landscaping services), Five Star Painting (professional painting services) and, of course, Rainbow International.
