Bruce DeLoatch gave a keynote, “Building Passion, Purpose, and Performance in Yourself and Your Team,” in which he offered ways to motivate company teams to complete the owners’ visions of their companies.

Day 2 of the Experience 2019 spring show:

The day included four hours in the exhibit hall (with outdoor demos) and concluded with the Experience Beach Party where local band, Stormbringer rocked out for hours.

Day 3 of the Experience 2019 spring show:

The third day of The Experience returned to the “tracks” sessions. Rachel Adams and Howard Wolf presented an interesting new look at water damage problem projects, working in conjunction with a homeowner who sued the restoration company who worked on his loss after his family fell sick from a polluted environment. Adams addressed the errors in the work from a scientific standpoint, while Wolf discussed how the standard of care on water damage work.

Brian Clark delivered insights on management and developing workforce systems, and Aaron Groseclose discussed how to start a rug cleaning business, explaining various cleaning operations that fit different budgets. Shawn Bisaillon performed commercial carpet cleaning demos, cleaning the carpet in the resort. Chuck Dewald evaluated the different types of drying equipment and methods using thermodynamics, physics, and his own evaporation evaluation tool.

As the exhibit hall came to a close, The Experience and exhibiting companies gave away thousands of dollars in prizes from drying equipment to Apple TVs.
