Steamatic transitions to ClientRunner Software
FORT WORTH, TX — Steamatic recently announced that its franchise network will now exclusively use ClientRunner as its management software system, according to a press release.
“We are excited to be able to offer our franchisees a simple, efficient solution for their CRM and workflow needs. Steamatic’s switch to ClientRunner is actually the first phase of our plan to improve overall technology for our franchise system,” Steve Willis, president of Steamatic Inc., said in the release.
With the transition to ClientRunner, Steamatic expects to see greater real-time reporting to insurance carriers and improved quality assurance through the system’s integration with XactAnalysis.

Individual franchises are currently training on the process, and the company expects the new technology to begin implementation by the end of February 2015.
