Steamatic Expands with New Franchises
Steamatic of South Denver owner Ryan McClurg has made a strategic move to expand the company’s service area by adding Steamatic of West Denver. The company has also awarded a new franchise in southwest Phoenix.
McClurg decided that adding a second location in the Denver area would allow Steamatic to more effectively service the entire Denver metro area.
Another franchise will soon open in southwest Phoenix. The new location, Steamatic of Southwest Phoenix, will service Maricopa County.
The company has had a strong presence in Phoenix for more than 30 years, and when a previous owner retired this spring, the company undertook a national search to find new franchisees to service the region. The new owner, Bobby Vernescu, grew up in California and has years of experience in both the restoration and construction industry on the west coast. Vernescu already has multiple certifications in restoration and cleaning and will be adding another advanced certification in the coming weeks.
Vernescu completed a two-week Steamatic University training at the corporate offices in Fort Worth, Texas, and plans to open for business in July.
