IICRC opens standards and reference guide subscription site

LAS VEGAS — The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification has created a new standards subscription website, which offers IICRC instructors, schools, certified firms, registrants and members access to standards and reference guides online, according to a press release.

“The site makes it easier for all standards users and stakeholders to access the vast IICRC knowledge base at their fingertips,” IICRC Standards Director Mili Washington said in the release. “Technicians often require standards information while on the job, and this new site eliminates the need to carry a 300-plus page binder to worksites. It is also updated in real time, ensuring subscribers have access to the latest standards information and IICRC resources.”

Subscriptions to the standards website, which also provides access to technical papers and multimedia publications, are available at Publications.IICRC.org in two access levels and last for a 12-month period.

The premium subscription level allows subscribers to access all current IICRC standards and reference guides as well as historical standards, multimedia publications (including instructor videos), and new and updated technical papers. Premium subscribers also have access to reference documents and standards of organizations currently holding a Memorandum of Understanding with the IICRC.

Basic subscriptions have access to the current standards and guides only. Discounted rates are available for multi-user firms, and complimentary access to the premium level subscriptions with be available for all instructors and schools.
