Clean Spot to acquire Classic Cleaning Supplies in Calgary, AB

CALGARY, AB — Clean Spot Inc., a major Canadian distributor, is pleased to announce a corporate merger with Classic Cleaning Supplies Ltd., also based in western Canada, according to a press release.

The merger will be effective August 1, 2014, the release stated.

"The union of our two organizations combines operational synergies that will drive efficiencies and cover a greater service area for our shared customers," said Scott Reid, president of Clean Spot.

"Leveraging the strength in personnel, delivery systems, and vendor offerings will allow us to ensure that [our customers] continue to receive the highest level of products and services," Reid added.

According to the release, the merger of Clean Spot and Classic Cleaning Supplies will create an organization equipped to provide a superior array of cleaning and sanitation supplies, convenient e-commerce ordering, on-site training and equipment sales, customer service and repairs.
