VMA announces a 365 day guarantee

CANTON, OH — Violand Management Associates (VMA) announced its new 365 day guarantee on all of their professional training programs, according to a press release.

Recognizing the fear business owners have that employees may leave, and the knowledge and certifications gained through training leave with them, VMA will now offer a free seat to any company who has an employee complete a Violand class and quit their job within 365 days of completion, the release stated.

According to the release, this ensures the knowledge and training the company paid for stays within the organization.

The guarantee is valid only if the employee voluntarily quits their job and leaves the company and only toward the same class the employee attended to be taken within the next 365 days, the release noted.
