Local Rainbow International owner receives honor

CLEVELAND, OH — Rainbow International® presented its Woman of the year Award to Carrie Scaravelli of Rainbow International of Cleveland during The Dwyer Group® International Conference in September, according to a press release.

The award is presented annually to one standout, female franchise owner for exemplary leadership.  

“Carrie is a strong leader who really who cares about people, the business, her team members and is deserving of recognition,” states Mark Welstead, President of Rainbow International. “Women like her are opening the doors for future women to join the trade. We need to celebrate those who are leaders in their field.”

Rainbow International is dedicated to supporting women’s career advancement in male-dominated trade and service professions.
