Westminster, CO — Spencer Olguin, owner-operator of Prestige Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning in Westminster, CO, was arrested November 21, 2014, after reportedly scamming a customer out of thousands of dollars, according to KKTV.com.

Area officials say Olguin stole $55,000 from an elderly, “at-risk, legally blind woman” over a six-day period.

Olguin reportedly took checks from the victim each day for home cleanings, though he refuses to show documentation of the services.

After being arrested, Olguin was placed in an area jail where his bond was set at $50,000.

More to come as this story unfolds.
