Stetson distributes robotic floor cleaners

RANDOLPH, MA —M.D. Stetson Company recently signed an agreement with Intellibot, allowing the distributor to add Intellibot’s “robot” floor cleaners the Stetson product lineup, according to a press release.

Intellibot, the sole U.S. manufacturer of Hands-Free Cleaning® commercial floor cleaners, offers three hands-free machines — the AeroBot vacuum, HydroBot floor scrubber and the DuoBot sweeper-scrubber combination — all of which will now be more easily accessed throughout New England through the agreement with Stetson.

Stetson, who is dedicated to providing innovative products and solutions for the New England area, hopes to help area facilities reduce costs and improve efficiency with the sale of these hands-free machines.

“Intellibot’s Hands-Free floor cleaners are the next generation of machines that can really help our customers be more productive at a lower cost,” Stetson president Mike Glass said in the release. “Use of these commercial floor-cleaning machines will significantly affect maintenance department efficiencies across a broad range of industries.”

The robotic machines make it possible to clean twice as much, at lower costs and with more consistency, with the HydroBot and DuoBot contributing to an 85 percent reduction in water and chemicals.
