With decades of combined industry experience, the team behind Restoration Made Simple brings a comprehensive background spanning field operations, business ownership, and strategic growth consulting.

Justesen is an expert in Xactimate and restoration pricing. Justesen has over 25 years in the industry where he started his career with his family’s business. Just Right Cleaning & Construction (JRCC), where he held various roles before stepping into his role as owner and president. Under Justesen’s leadership he and the team at JRCC were recognized by Remodeling Magazine as a Top 500 and as one of Inc. 5000’s Fastest Growing Companies. Justesen then co-founded Enlightened Restoration Solutions where he served as president and Xactimate certified trainer. Following that, Justesen built an independent estimating company and has held various roles including senior leadership at FLEET Response, including regional manager and director of pricing before taking on the role of new enterprise solution consultant at DocuSketch.
