More information released on the ClientRunner/Steamatic contract

OREM, UT — Recently, ClientRunner Software and Steamatic Inc. announced a contract between the two, making ClientRunner the exclusive workflow management software provider to all Steamatic franchise locations, according to press releases.

Now full implementation of the software is underway across the country, and ClientRunner reports the transition has been “very smooth.”

“Our decision to implement ClientRunner has been one of the most effective corporate decisions made in years,” Steve Willis, president of Steamatic Inc. said in the most recent release. “Franchisees are excited to finally have a simple, efficient solution and Corporate greatly benefits from a system designed for franchise level workflow management and reporting.”

Through the transition, franchisees receive the job management, relationship marketing and analytic reports of ClientRunner, as well as “access to industry-specific integrations with XactAnalysis, Xactimate, Dri-Plan, QuickBooks, and more.”
