Response Team 1 acquires four restoration firms

WHEELING, IL — Response Team 1 has acquired four regional property restoration firms in three states across the United States, according to a press release.

“The addition of these four companies is consistent with our strategy of expanding our best-in-class portfolio of property restoration and renovation firms,” said John M. Goense, chairman of Response Team 1, which was recently named to the top 500 of Inc. Magazine’s Inc. 5000 in the company’s first year of eligibility.

The acquisition included two California-based companies, Empire Construction & Technologies Inc. of Irvine and ESN Restoration Services of San Marcos, in addition to QCI Restoration of Elgin, IL, and Worldwide Restoration Inc. of Tulsa, OK.

Response Team 1 is the nation’s second largest property restoration company, which offers residential, commercial or multifamily renovation in 34 states from 25 locations, coast-to-coast.
