Interstate Restoration acquires Statewide Disaster Restoration

“It has been many years in the making, thinking about the big picture and moving from a regional powerhouse to becoming a national provider,” Adam Becker, Statewide president, said in the release. “With this acquisition, we will realize that goal.”

Statewide was established in 1995, eventually becoming the regional leader in commercial and residential water-related cleanup services.

"This acquisition provides customers added capabilities and resources, bringing two of the most experienced teams in the industry together to innovate and deliver unparalleled response to our disaster recovery clients,” Interstate CEO Stacy Mazur said.
