NASHVILLE, TN — EZTexting, an SMS marketing company, recently announced its partnership with Chem-Dry to provide a system for 2,000 franchise locations to communicate with clients, according to a press release.

Through the partnership, Chem-Dry franchisees will have access to EZTexting’s technology, allowing locations to easily contact customers to confirm appointment times.

“Text messaging has become the preferred communication method for many people, and EzTexting provides a flexible, seamless platform for our network that our franchise owners can use to execute a variety of local SMS campaigns,” Chem-Dry Vice President of Marketing Bill Zinke said in the release. “When you boil it down, EzTexting gives us access to a powerful, easy-to-measure, enterprise-level marketing tool and gives our franchise owners a competitive edge in building their business on a local level.”

The technology also will allow Chem-Dry locations market current promotions to existing customers and target prospective clients.

“We are excited to expand our texting solution to the largest and most respected carpet and upholstery cleaning franchise in the world,” said Brooke Temple, senior vice president of strategic partnerships for EzTexting’s parent company, CallFire. “Chem-Dry is ahead of the curve in the service industry and wants to help their franchisees communicate with their local customers how and where they want to be contacted: On their smart phones.”
