The State of the IICRC

Jeff Cross, executive editor of Cleanfax, recently met with Richard Greene, the new president of the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification, better known simply as the IICRC to discuss the IICRC future plans and management strategies.

In the past two years, there have been huge issues and challenges for the IICRC, with much blame placed with the organization’s choice of its contracted management company. The decision to manage the IICRC future with an in-house staff has now been made and perhaps the issues registrants have struggled with is no longer a problem.
