Restoration company wins BBB Torch Award


ROLLING MEADOWS, IL J.C. Restoration Inc., which has served the greater Chicagoland, IL, area for 32 years, recently was awarded the 2014 BBB International Torch Award for Marketplace Excellence, according to a press release.

The award is given annually to three companies (small, medium and large categories) whose operating practices represent “superior commitment to exceptional standards that benefit its customers, employees, suppliers, shareholders and surrounding communities.” J.C. Restoration won in the small-sized category.

“JCR is extremely proud of this accomplishment, as we pride ourselves on our commitment to our employees, which translates to excellent service to our customers, suppliers and surrounding community,” Steve Rost, general manager of J.C. Restoration, said in the release. “In addition, everyone at JCR takes their job very seriously in order to uphold a fair and honest marketplace in the restoration industry.”

The winners were announced and presented awards during a luncheon ceremony at the first-annual BBB Self-Regulation Conference at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center in Washington, DC.
