PuroClean Adopts Next Gear Technology in More than 350 Locations

OXFORD, Miss.—January 20, 2022—PuroClean will upgrade to Next Gear Solutions’ enterprise-level software suite for contractors at more than 350 of its franchise locations, according to a press release. The rollout is expected to begin this month.

Included in the suite from Next Gear, which was acquired by CoreLogic in 2021, are DASH, QA Assist, LuxorCRM, ProAssist, and Dispatch. The company currently is the leading workflow platform in the restoration industry and also includes the well-known MICA software.

“We are excited to have been selected by PuroClean to help scale their award-winning company and bring Next Gear’s leading-edge technology and proven methodology to their growing network of franchisees,” Next Gear CEO and CoreLogic Claims Managing Director Garret Gray said in the release. “This collaboration further demonstrates PuroClean’s commitment to investing in the most innovative and forward-looking restoration technology companies.”

PuroClean is one of the leading restoration, remediation and mitigation players. With more than 360 franchise locations in North America, it was recently named to Inc. magazine’s “5,000 Fastest Growing Business in 2021.” The franchisor previously used Next Gear software and, according to the release, after exploring software vendors, chose to return to Next gear due to its “job management blueprint that can be scaled across PuroClean’s entire franchisee network and support the growth of the organization.” The ultimate goal is to “eliminate multiple independent software programs.”
