New technician supervisory training program

CANTON, OH — Violand Management Associates announces the launch of their newest professional training program, Violand’s Technician Supervisor Training, for restoration and cleaning technician supervisors, according to a press release.

This web-based program offers industry-specific training on the following topics: Strengthening communication and coaching skills, understanding power and authority and how to use them correctly, setting expectations, measuring performance, implementing proper discipline techniques, motivating, driving improvement, fostering positive change and more, the release stated.

According to the release, the program consists of 12 live webinars held every other week for two hours.

Violand’s Technician Supervisor Training program will be offered several times per year and each class will be limited to a maximum of 12 students to ensure both individual attention and a strong group dynamic, the release noted.
