Interlink Supply acquires major distributor

SALT LAKE CITY — Bridgewater LLC/Interlink Supply has acquired Wayne, Michigan-based industry distributor Great Lakes Steamway Distributors Inc., according to a press release.

“We are thrilled Garry, Pam and the Great Lakes Steamway team will be joining the Interlink Supply family,” says Tom Porter, vice president of retail sales at Bridgewater. “They share our mission for providing customers with the best products and service in the industry, and we look forward to continuing this tradition.”

Great Lakes Steamway, which became an Interlink Supply affiliate in 2004, distributes disaster, restoration and professional cleaning supplies.

“Pam and I are thrilled to be joining the Interlink family. This transaction will allow us to provide our customers with a broader product offering while continuing to offer the same high level of service our customers have come to expect from us,” Great Lakes Steamway owner Garry Moyer says in the release. He owns the company with his wife, Pam.

“Garry and Pam have built an impressive business providing contractors across Michigan and the surrounding states with excellent service,” adds Bridgewater EVP of business development Steven Jaffe. “We are excited to partner with them and most importantly provide them a broader product and service offering to help meet their customers’ needs.”
