Impact Products promotes new VP of operations

TOLEDO, OH — Impact Products, manufacturer and supplier of branded and private label non-chemical commercial cleaning-related products, recently promoted Todd R. Frendt to the vice president of operations position, according to a press release.

With 32 years of experience in the industry, including more than two years as the director of quality for Impact Products, Frendt brings a wealth of experience to his new role. Frendt, who began his career at private label skin care company Hammons Products, has held executive manufacturing and operations positions with several large companies, including Betco Corporation.

During his time at Impact Products, Frendt performed many duties, including leading the company's quality initiatives and providing leadership during the ISO 9001 certification process, improving processes, supporting the company's mission of providing quality products, and ensuring his team provided superior customer service.

In his new role, Frendt will extend his "track record of bottom line growth initiatives through process improvement activities, along with multiple ERP and QMS implementations."
