BIRMINGHAM — Virtually all companies that make sales to consumers have merchant credit card accounts, from street vendors using their smartphones to huge department stores with chip reader technology.

Electronic transactions have become the norm for businesses today.

Yet, some cleaning and restoration companies may have a different approach. Some feel in-home services can easily be paid for by check or cash. Others say you must accept credit cards because consumers demand convenience.

What about you and your company?

This is the topic of the latest Cleanfax Online Poll. It’s a simple question: Do you accept credit cards for cleaning or restoration services? Take a moment and help Cleanfax take a quick pulse of merchant credit card usage in our industry.
