Butler offers parts exchange program

LUDLOW, MA — The Butler Corporation has announced its offer of a “parts exchange program,” which allows Butler System customers a simple exchange of parts, according to a press release.

The parts exchange program allows exchange of parts whether defective, worn or broken, providing a potentially significant cost savings for a factory remanufactured exchange part. Replacement parts, which are ready to ship the same day as they’re ordered, are inventoried for every Butler System manufactured since 1980.

“Our parts exchange program contributes to the Butler System’s low cost of operation and overall longevity and is an effective way for us to continually evaluate the quality of our parts,” the company said in the release. When you invest in a Butler System you do so with the assurance and knowledge that you will always receive factory direct sales, service, parts and support.”
