Apply now for the 2014 team of ‘Textile Pros’

SAN DIEGO, CA — Rug expert Lisa Wagner and upholstery expert Jim Pemberton have opened up enrollment for their 2014 team of Textile Pros, according to a press release.

The Textile Pro™ program is a three phase training process that spans 6 months incorporating on-line basic textile training, in-person advanced "hands-on" skills training, as well as strategic marketing, business development, and technical support, the release stated.

According to the release, Each team only consists of 20 companies at a time.

"We have a serious deficit in specialists in the fields of rug and fine fabric care because the current training model in our industry is broken. This is our way of fixing this problem through a multi-faceted training process that helps cleaners to be the best in their craft," said Pemberton.

"There are plenty of classes to take in our industry that hit the basics and power point you to death. We didn’t want to teach yet another typical class, we wanted to train the next group of top experts in our fields and then give them the guidance to grow a rock solid rug and fabric care company," said Wagner.
