Summit Restoration Acquires Capital Construction Services and Capital Fire & Water

Monroe Capital LLC acted as sole lead arranger and administrative agent on the funding to support the acquisitions of Capital Construction Services and Capital Fire & Water by Summit Restoration Group, an existing portfolio company of Point 41 Capital Partners.

Headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, Capital is an integrated mitigation-to-rebuild platform, handling both the immediate emergency response including board-up, water extraction, mold remediation, and contents recovery along with the downstream reconstruction. The company enables residential and commercial customers to work with a single provider from the initial call through the completion of the rebuild.
