BIRMINGHAM — The latest Cleanfax poll asks how many (if any) technicians you have working for you.
Many, if not most, business owners in the industry start out all alone, performing all aspects of the job themselves, especially the field work. But the general end game is to have plenty of technicians working under you, allowing you to focus on running and growing the business.
Whether you’re thinking of adding (or even reducing) technicians in the near future, we want to know what the industry looks like right now in terms of owner to technician ratios, so please let us know!
