CHICAGO — Steve Mastio of Business Bridge, the company that brought the FittleBug online scheduling platform for carpet cleaning business owners to the marketplace, announced a partnership between FittleBug and ServiceMonster.

“What we’ve done is create a way for ServiceMonster users to integrate the FittleBug online scheduling service so business owners can make the entire scheduling task much easier,” Mastio said. “Besides busy Moms finding a convenient way to schedule, it makes it easier for the carpet cleaner as well.”

Basically, Mastio said, when a job is scheduled in FittleBug from a cleaning website, it automatically populates into the ServiceMonster calendar tied to that account and prevents double-booking of jobs. It also sends an instant appointment notification to authorized users of the account.

“As people become busier,” Mastio said, “and more reliant on the Internet, consumers expect to find an easier way to schedule cleaning appointments. This FittleBug and ServiceMonster partnership makes that happen.”
