DKI hires CFO

WOOD DALE, IL — DKI Ventures, the parent company of Disaster Kleenup International (DKI) has announced that Don Cox has joined the DKI leadership team as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), according to a press release.

Cox will be responsible for developing and managing the overall financial growth for the organization, the release stated.

According to the release, Cox has both private equity and public company experience with different size organizations and has supported various functions from a financial reporting basis to help align the synchronization of company growth efforts

"We are very excited to have Don join the DKI team. His extensive financial experience will be a perfect fit for DKI's aggressive growth plan. I am certain Don will very quickly become an asset to our growing leadership team," said Dan Cassara, president and chief executive officer (CEO) of DKI Ventures.

Previous to this role, Cox was CFO of AllPoints Holdings Inc., a distribution company in the commercial food service industry, which was owned by a private equity group, the release noted.
