Violand hires business development advisor

NORTH CANTON, OH — Violand Management Associates (VMA) announced the full time hiring of Holly Bognar, Ph.D. as a Violand business development advisor, according to a press release.

Dr. Bognar will work with VMA clients and customers as a business coach with a specialty in executive development and organizational communication while continuing to facilitate The Violand CEO Forum, the release stated.

According to the release, Dr. Holly Bognar’s experience includes that of a trainer, facilitator, business coach, and former university professor with a background in leadership, team building, business development, and strategic planning.

She has designed and facilitated training curriculum for professional development workshops and team retreats for businesses, not-for-profits and public agencies that enable participants to apply the workshop content and skill-building to their daily activities at work, the release noted.
