November’s Last Word photo contest winner this month is Jeff Simpson of A-1 Clean Sweep Carpet & Furniture Cleaning in Tecumseh, MI. His company will receive a chemical prize package from Solutions by Steam Pros worth $500.
Jeff describes this particular job:

“A new customer contacted me and asked if we would be able to save his sofa that had been urinated on by his dog. As always, I was up for the challenge. I first performed a colorfastness test and then proceeded to clean. I used a urine neutralizer and let it dwell for five minutes, and then I extracted with plain water. After that, I treated all contaminated areas with an enzyme digester and let it dry. The results were very pleasing to my new customer who booked more work areas that had been affected by the dog.”
