The Butler Corporation commits to factory-direct communication with customers

LUDLOW, MA — The Butler Corporation announced its devotion to factory-direct communication with its customers, according to a release.

The company says it offers factory-direct sales, service and support throughout the ownership process, from the buying decision process through years of ownership.

“We fully understand we must provide something extra and be competitively priced for customers to purchase and receive service from a company perhaps thousands of miles away,” the company says. “It is apparent from our thousands of satisfied customers throughout the U.S., Canada and the U.S. government worldwide, this way of doing business has been enthusiastically accepted.”

Butler reports that more than 75 percent of its sales derive from existing customers and referrals.

“We manufacture a quality machine and provide factory-direct sales, service and support that cannot be obtained elsewhere,” the company added.
