RIA convention 2014 recap

ORLANDO — The Restoration Industry Association (RIA) launches its 69th annual International Restoration Convention and Industry Expo at the Marriott World Center in Orlando April 9, 2014, which featured a pre-convention workshop entitled “Restoration HR Leadership Development & HR Law”.
Other activities included board meetings and private functions as well as an opening pool party reception, sponsored by Sunbelt Rentals.
The Expo Hall grand opening occurred at noon, and the following day the event continues with a second Expo Hall time slot.
Keynote speakers included Chip Lackey with J.D. Power on Thursday and Bryan Koon with the Florida division of emergency management on Friday.
