Rainbow International, The Dwyer Group reacquire master license

WACO, TX — Rainbow International® Restoration has reacquired the company’s Germany master franchise license from the previous master licensee in order to work on its expansion throughout the country and other parts of Europe, according to a press release.

Rainbow International’s parent company, The Dwyer Group® originally sold the master license in Germany in 1992, and as it is now in the midst of expansion throughout the country, as well as Ireland and the UK, it has reacquired the master license.

“Reacquiring this master license confirms our commitment to direct franchising in select international markets.” Mike Bidwell, president and CEO of The Dwyer Group, said in the release. “We are particularly excited about the opportunity to continue to build the Rainbow International brand in Germany, where there is room to build a very large network.”
