PuroClean’s Franchise Development Momentum Accelerates as a New Generation of Entrepreneurs Fuels 2026 Growth
PuroClean is continuing a strong year of growth with a run of franchise development milestones including a growing share of multi-unit ownership, and a franchise system that is attracting experienced entrepreneurs focused on portfolio growth.
“Growth like this doesn’t happen by accident. It happens because we’ve built the operational infrastructure to support it,” said Steve White, president of PuroClean. “Whether it’s a franchise owner adding additional territories or scaling towards record-setting sales, our job is to make sure the systems, training and support behind them can grow just as fast as they do.”
Nearly half of all PuroClean franchise owners (44%) now operate multiple units, reinvesting in the brand as they scale. Just this year, 20% of PuroClean’s unit growth has come from existing franchise owners adding territories, signaling strong confidence in the business model and the opportunity to scale within the PuroClean system.
PuroClean entered 2026 on the heels of a record-setting performance, with a franchise owner surpassing $20 million in gross sales from a single location, a milestone that reinforces the strength of the brand’s unit-level economics and the scalability of the PuroClean model. Results from the brand’s onboarding and support programs are showing success across a broader group of franchise owners as they scale their businesses.
- New franchise owners reach their first job in an average of 45 days and those who enter the system without an employee make their first hire in an average of 27 days through the brand’s PuroLaunch Program
- Franchise owners with a dedicated sales representative average $1.4 million in revenue, with the top 10% average $5.9 million. **
“PuroClean has always been a needs-based business, and that is especially compelling for experienced operators looking to diversify their portfolios,” said Brandon Mangual, PuroClean vice president of franchise development. “We already have successful franchise owners who came to PuroClean with experience operating brands like Dunkin’, Subway, Hand & Stone and Pizza Hut. We’re building on that momentum by introducing more multi-unit business owners to restoration as a strategic vertical integration opportunity.”
