New Steamatic Franchise in Pennsylvania
Fort Worth, TX — Steamatic, Inc., an international leader in restoration and cleaning services, has awarded a new franchise in Pennsylvania. The new location, Steamatic of Huntingdon Valley, will service the Northeast Philadelphia area, according to a press release.
The new owner, Bobby Malhotra, has extensive experience in retail store management, including sales, operations, accounting and customer service. He was responsible for all new store openings and has managed budgets in excess of $10 million dollars.
Malhotra also spent several years as a mortgage broker. His background will be an asset in managing the new Steamatic franchise, and the company expects his customer service experience to set him apart from other service providers.
Malhotra recently completed a two-week Steamatic University training at the corporate offices in Fort Worth and plans to open for business October 1.
“I’m looking forward to getting started in the restoration industry. Customer service has always been a priority for me, regardless of which industry I’ve been in,” said Malhotra. “After looking at other franchisors, I came to the conclusion that Steamatic was the best one for me, because of their territory size and the level of support they provide.”
Steve Willis, President of Steamatic, says that Malhotra will fill an important void in the company’s coverage area.
