NORTH CANTON, Ohio—April 27, 2022—Violand Management Associates recently hired Julie Blum as their newest Business Development Advisor. Blum joins a team of advisors at VMA who coach a growing roster of cleaning and restoration business owners in developing and leading their businesses. Julie Blum is an experienced expert in human resources and organizational development. For the last 15 years, Blum has been a leader at Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP), coaching small businesses in human capital management and account strategy. Julie has dedicated her professional career to guiding small business owners and managers through developing and achieving HCM goals using a hands-on, business-friendly approach. Julie is a Certified Trainer, Certified Targeted Selection Interviewer and Trainer, and earned additional SPHR, SHRM-SCP, and Human Capital Management certifications. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from North Carolina State University and her MBA from Pfeffer University.
