FORT WORTH, Texas—March 8, 2021—Interstate Restoration, a major emergency response planning, mitigation, and reconstruction service provider for commercial enterprises in North America, has acquired Oklahoma-based Trilink Restoration Services. The Trilink Restoration acquisition expands Interstate’s reach in the region and enhances its service capabilities by adding Trilink’s capable leadership.

Interstate Restoration, together with Canada-based FirstOnSite Restoration, are subsidiaries of FirstService Corporation (NASDAQ: FSV, TSX: FSV) and collectively represent the second-largest independent North American restoration and reconstruction services provider for commercial enterprises. With nearly 2,000 employees and more than 75 locations across North America, Interstate and FirstOnSite assist property owners and businesses in recovering from fire, flood, natural and human-caused disasters.

We are very excited to welcome Trilink into the Interstate family,” said Interstate Restoration CEO Stacy Mazur.

“As I have gotten to know Interstate, I greatly appreciate all of the individuals I have met and believe their culture aligns with ours perfectly,” said Rob Roberts, CEO of Trilink. “This partnership, with our combined strengths and experience, paves the way for a great shared future. I cannot wait to see the growth and increased opportunities for our employees and customers.”
