Interlink acquires Cleveland-based distributor

SALT LAKE CITY — Bridgewater LLC (parent company to Interlink Supply) completed acquisition of Brella LLC (dba, ILS of NE Ohio) on March 11, according to a press release.

“We are excited to partner with the ILS NE Ohio team,” Bridgewater Chief Financial Officer Steven Jaffee said in the release. “Our breadth of industry-leading product offerings and services are a great complement to their knowledgeable staff and will allow us to provide even greater customer service.”

ICS of NE Ohio, which has been an Interlink Supply affiliate since 2012, distributes disaster, restoration and cleaning supplies.
