VENTURA, CA — Thermapure Inc.’s patent infringement claims against RxHeat and Cambridge Engineering have been reinstated by U.S. District Judge Rebecca Pallmeyer as of January 7, 2015, according to Thermapure's website.

The claims were dismissed by Judge Pallmeyer in April 2014 after a summary judgment of non-infringement in the case, which had been in progress for several years.
