Industry veteran wins Phoenix grand prize

LATHAM, NY — All Cleanfax subscribers who recently completed the 2013 Restoration Benchmarking Survey Report were eligible to win the Phoenix GuardianR Pro HEPA System.

And the one randomly chose to take home the grand prize was Tim Schneiter of Servpro in Lafayette, LA.

Schneiter began fire damage restoration part time in the early 1990s, and came to the industry full-time in 1998, originally with ServiceMaster.

As to why he enjoys his work in the restoration industry, he said: “The satisfaction I receive from the look on homeowner’s faces when we return their homes to previous conditions is very hard to put into words. It means more to me than any paycheck.”

The 2013 Restoration Benchmarking Survey Report, sponsored by Phoenix Restoration Equipment, was published in the July 2013 issue of Cleanfax magazine.
