Industry franchises receive top honor

PORTSMOUTH, NH —Recently Franchise Business Review announced its 2015 Top 200 Franchises List in which it named two carpet cleaning franchises and one restoration franchise to the list, according to the company’s website.

The Paul Davis franchise made the list of service providers two times with its subsidiaries, Paul Davis Restoration and Paul Davis Emergency Services.

Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning made the list of top cleaning and maintenance franchises with over 275 franchisees.

The Heaven’s Best carpet cleaning franchise made the top cleaning and maintenance franchise list and received special recognition as a Hall of Fame member, as this marks its 10th year on the list. According to the magazine, Heaven’s Best is projected to have 1,450 franchises by the end of 2015.  

Franchise Business Review, a “national franchise market research firm that performs independent surveys of franchisee satisfaction and franchise buyer experiences,” surveyed more than 28,500 franchisees and over 350 brands in search of the franchises that offered the best training, support and innovation.

“One of the best ways to know if a franchise is really a good opportunity is to look at franchisee satisfaction data,”said Michelle Rowan, President of Franchise Business Review. “Many of the companies on our Top 200 Franchises list share their Franchisee Satisfaction Reports publicly in order to provide potential franchisees with frank feedback regarding their training and support, financial opportunity, and other key areas that influence the health of a franchise system.”
