IICRC opens two Standards for review

VANCOUVER, WA –The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) announces the next public review and comment period for recent changes made to the ANSI/IICRC S500 and BSR-IICRC S100 Standards is open from now until August 31.

The ANSI/IICRC S500-2006 Standard Reference Guide for Professional Water Damage Restoration provides a specific set of practical and procedural standards for water damage restoration.

The BSR-IICRC S100 Standard for Professional Textile Floorcovering Cleaning describes the procedures, methods and systems to be followed when performing professional commercial and residential textile floor covering (e.g., carpet and rugs) maintenance and cleaning

All comments must be submitted, using a comment form (S500 or S100), to IICRC Standards Director Mili Washington at [email protected] by August 31.
