ICRA Experience Performance Assessment a success

SACRAMENTO, CA — The International Cleaning and Restoration Association (ICRA) found success with its first ever Performance Assessment at the Experience in Las Vegas, September 3 – 5, according to a press release.

The ICRA offered informational presentations, training and performance assessments during this year’s Experience Convention and Trade Show, culminating in an assessment of six assessor candidates.

The assessment had seven workstations that allowed candidates to perform 18 tasks; they were evaluated on 160 different criteria and were given an end rating of Entry Level, Capable Level or Proficient Level.

The ICRA notes that these types of hands-on assessments are important because they can be used employer can use it to evaluate potential new employees or existing employees.
