LAS VEGAS — The International Cleaning & Restoration Association (ICRA) has announced it will present at upcoming The Experience Convention and Trade Show in Las Vegas, according to a release.

During its presentation, titled “ICRA Comprehensive Certification Program: Ready for Something New,” Jim Holland and Barry Costa of ICRA will discuss the new program, which “addresses the needs of the new hire all the way through the seasoned professional.”

The new certificate/certification program’s development is ongoing, and the ICRA invites owners to play a role in its creation. “They receive substantive feedback from the certification programs and have the ongoing ability to critique the training effectiveness based upon student performance,” the release explained.

The Experience is scheduled for September 9-11 at the Mirage Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas.

The ICRA will also hold Performance Assessment events post-conference, including Assessor Testing September 13 (with required participation on September 14), and Performance Assessment: Carpet Cleaning on September 14.
