HydraMaster unveils Automatic Wastewater Disposal System

MUKILTEO, WA — HydraMaster recently announced its new Automatic Wastewater Disposal System (AWDS), an additional wastewater pumping/disposal system for use as an alternative to the company’s Auto Pump Out (APO), according to a press release.
As part of the release of the product, HydraMaster released a video from the company’s truckmount product manager, Chris Ryan, which offers information on the AWDS. The video can be found HERE.
The wastewater pump is designed with low-torque bearings to allow for a higher flow flow rate than the traditional wastewater systems while drawing comparable or lower amps. The unit also offers anti-clogging technology with extra-large valves, which provide safe passage for lager solids and debris to pass.
With prewiring and preassembly standard, installation of the AWDS is simplified for getting it into use quickly. The pump includes the following features:
- An eight-gallon-per-minute flow rate
- A low-amp, 1/6 HP gear motor
- Extra-large valves
- Sturdy, powder-coated base
- Integrated wiring for easy installation into any machine.
Designed to wire into any system the AWDS kit 000-079-220 requires no additional circuits and can be installed into any auxiliary switch. The plumbing allows for a floor installation in most locations with the supplied fittings, requiring only 1.5 square feet of clear floor space.
“While specifically designed to integrate with HydraMaster truckmounts, the AWDS system can be installed for use with virtually any brand of truckmount, the company said in the release. “And the AWDS is priced very competitively as compared to similar systems.”
