First Onsite Opens Portland Branch to Strengthen Pacific Northwest Restoration Response

First Onsite Property Restoration opened a new Portland, Oregon branch, expanding the company’s footprint to 27 states and strengthening its presence and service capabilities across the Pacific Northwest. The new location will support commercial property owners, multifamily operators, facility managers, insurers and businesses across a range of industries.

The Portland location builds on First Onsite’s existing customer relationships and regional operations throughout the Pacific Northwest, providing customers with greater access to local expertise, stronger support and restoration resources when managing property damage and business disruptions. The branch will serve a diverse range of industries, including commercial real estate, multifamily housing, retail, hospitality, education, healthcare facilities and industrial properties.

Led by Ed Gandel, general manager, Seattle and Portland, the new branch brings experienced operational leadership to the region. Gandel’s background in large-scale operations, business expansion and team development will support First Onsite’s continued growth and commitment to serving Oregon-area customers.

With local expertise backed by First Onsite’s national network and technical capabilities, the new branch will help customers prepare for, respond to and recover from property damage.
