Denver restoration company acquired

DENVER — Colorado Cleanup Services Inc., a restoration company out of Denver, recently was acquired by Mountain View Endeavor, a Denver-area construction and design company, according to a press release.

Colorado Cleanup Services has specialized in disaster repair services in both the commercial and residential sector for over 10 years by former owners Jim Minter and Tom Furmanski.

Mountain View Endeavor, offering full-service interior and exterior remodel projects, is owned by Julie and Randy Johansen, who plan to continue the rapid growth of Colorado Cleanup.

The acquisition, which was facilitated by Generational Equity, closed on October 1, 2014.
