Connections Events Inc. dissolves corporation

LAS VEGAS — The Board of directors of Connections Events, Inc., a not-for-profit corporation, officially announced today the dissolution of the corporation, according to a press release.

The current Connections’ board, representing 14 member associations, have worked during the past year with legal assistance to resolve key issues regarding Connections.

After much debate and failure to ratify a new management services contract, the board of directors unanimously agreed to dissolve the corporation.
