Mark Saiger is the owner of Saiger’s Steam Clean in Grand Rapids, Minnesota, and Saiger’s Secret Sauce Products as well as the product sales and education manager for Harvard Chemical. He has been in the cleaning and restoration industry for most his life as a third-generation cleaning specialist currently educating a fourth and fifth generation of cleaners. He is passionate about research, development, and cleaning, and still loves being on the truck and working with the family team.

Michael StPierre is the co-owner and operator of Quality Care Carpet Cleaners in Auburn, New York. He and his wife, Lesa, have been partners in life and business for more than 28 years. His company was voted the #1 carpet cleaner in the central New York in 2020 and 2021 and was profiled in Cleanfax’s 2021 Industry Leaders Review.

Kevin StPierre has worked for his family business, Quality Care Carpet Cleaners, where he serves as lead technician, since he was very young. He learned on the job, shadowing and helping his father, until he became a technician in his own right. StPierre brought new ideas to the company that have proved invaluable to the company, and he is dedicated to helping his family’s company grow.
