Bridgewater/Interlink acquires major distributor

SALT LAKE CITY — Bridgewater LLC/ Interlink Supply has acquired Central California Cleaning Supply Inc. (CCCS), a Fresno, CA-based distributor, according to a press release.

CCCS, a distributor for the cleaning and restoration markets, has been an Interlink Supply affiliate since 2006.

“We are excited to partner with Bridgewater and believe this transaction will better serve our customers by offering a wider selection of products,” Tony Lima, who founded CCS in 1998 with his wife Julie, said in the release.

Bridgewater officially acquired the assets of CCCS on November 25, 2014.

“We are thrilled to partner with Tony and his team,” Bridgewater President Rob Hanks said in the release. “Tony has an excellent reputation in the industry, and we look forward to continue to grow the Fresno market as a company-owned Interlink Supply store.”
